In Memory of ...

Sweet Home High School Class of 1984

In memory of our classmates who have passed away. You will not be forgotten ...

DONALD SAYERS

Don Sayers.........I remember talking to him day after day, sitting at the front of the school, the bus pull through area. Talking about the day, guys, girls, family, friends. He was a dear friend. I still dream about him. That Laugh!! I remember thinking of him in Jr. High, thinking, "Some day this guys going to be so handsome!" And he was. - Tina Myers Boyce

My favorite memory about Don was his smile and the way he said Hi Linda How's it going?, with his slow drawl and huge grin. As I sat at his funeral this was all I could think about. He was definitely a sweetheart and is truly missed. - Linda (Andrews) Doles

GREG HAGLE

Greg Hagle was just like a brother to me. We used to talk about relationships and finding the perfect one. I used to do silly, off-the-wall things because he used to laugh at all my jokes. I remember getting a headache rocking out with him to Quiet Riot. - Tootsie Weaver Spoto

I'll never forget the time Greg and I tried to date. It lasted about one weekend. We both decided that we were too good of friends, more like brother & sister. I was just talking to my kids about Greg the other day and the way he put ketchup on everything - including vanilla ice cream! We miss you Greg.

Does anyone have the pictures from our 5 year when we put flowers on Greg's grave? I'd love to have copies. - Linda Andrews Doles

A precious baby boy, the first born son, brother, a true & loyal friend, your buddy,a pal, and always someone you could count on.

He was older then he had to be, we understood each other for that. He was the head of the household, a father figure to his sister, brothers and other. The weight of the world on a young mans shoulders way to soon but he held it well.

He was the kind of friend that would poke fun and  joke around with you, sometimes play rough. But God forgive the person that picked on someone he loved.

There were many times that I ran faster then my guardian angel. Greg was always there to catch me and dust me off. Always there to slow me down to smell the roses. Quick with the wit and funny.

His passing greatly sorrowed my heart and it was a crushing blow. Many many times I would be doing something or hear a song on the radio that would remind me of Greg. I would just stop and think about him, then smile.

Greg was a strong and an athletic man while he was here with us. I truly believe that he had to be. God had a special job for him to do. Taking over for my worn out guardian angel.

God bless you and keep you Greg until we see you again.  I, We miss you everyday but feel you in our hearts always. AJ Earhart
